JLL appoints Washington Botelho as CEO of Brazil

SÃO PAULO, Feb. 9 – JLL today announced the appointment of Washington Botelho as CEO of Brazil, effective May 1. Botelho, current Division President of Work Dynamics, LATAM, will succeed Fabio Maceira, who will leave the business on that date. 

Botelho brings proven leadership excellence with deep knowledge of the Brazilian market and established client relationships. This leadership transition ensures seamless continuity while strengthening regional integration across LATAM and positioning JLL to accelerate execution of its focused growth strategy in Brazil.

Prior to joining JLL, Botelho served as CEO of ISS Brazil and CEO of Adecco Latin America, where he successfully led business turnarounds and operational improvements. He also spent 20 years at Xerox in various leadership roles across Brazil and the U.S., where he was instrumental in expanding the company's presence in emerging markets including Latin America, Africa and Eastern Europe.
