Empowering women in STEM

• Women in Italy face a significant disadvantage transitioning from academic success to STEM careers. Despite high female graduation rates, including in pure sciences, this achievement doesn't translate proportionally into employment.
• While STEM fields offer higher overall employment rates than other disciplines, women's employment rates in STEM lag behind.
• The situation necessitates a thorough analysis of contributing factors, such as cultural biases, workplace policies, and structural issues in the Italian job market.
• By examining the origins and persistence of gender gaps, we aim to shed light on the challenges and opportunities for achieving balance in the fields of Real estate and construction.
