Retail investment in Spain amounted to € 1,441 million in the first half of 2025, representing a 25% increase year-on-year. Shopping centers once again continue to lead investment with 64% of total volume.

International capital represented 51% of the total investment volume. Core assets accounted for 46% of the total number of transactions.
