Investment levels in the Living sector in Spain double in the first half of 2025, reaching €1.1 billion.

The Living sector accounts for 16% of total real estate investment, with forecasts to reach 36% by the end of the year.

The volume of Living investment in 2025 is expected to be around €5.3 billion, 80% more than in 2024.
