NEW YORK, Nov. 17 2025 – JLL announced today that it has been retained as exclusive office leasing agent for The Madison at 175 Park, a 270,000-square-foot headquarters opportunity in the suburban New Jersey town of Madison.

Designed by the world-renowned architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) and built in 2012 as the headquarters of residential real estate company Realogy, the landmark property is being reimagined by global architectural firm Gensler as The Madison at 175 Park, a contemporary suburban campus blending high-end design with a verdant, wellness-focused environment.

Situated on 15 acres in the heart of Morris County, The Madison at 175 Park offers the rare combination of downtown sophistication and suburban tranquility. Ownership retained Gensler to create designs for a next-generation workplace campus, with a focus on health, flexibility and collaboration. Other potential upgrades include a digital command center for media and corporate communications, a central garden plaza for outdoor meetings and events and a grand arrival courtyard with landscaped pathways and firepit gathering areas.

The JLL leasing team is led by Executive Managing Director Tim Greiner and Executive Vice Presidents Coleen Maguire and Larry Martin.
