JLL offers generational opportunity to acquire a Silicon Valley office and medical campus
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 21, 2025 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it is marketing for sale, The Offices at Ladera, a seven-building, 29,156 -square-foot office/medical campus in Portola Valley, California.
JLL is marketing the asset on behalf of the seller Woodstock Development.
The Offices at Ladera is located at 3200 to 3280 Alpine Rd. within the heart of Portola Valley, one of Silicon Valley’s most exclusive and supply-constrained office submarkets. Portola Valley is consistently ranked among California's wealthiest cities – in 2025 it was ranked #5. The property is one of a few commercial buildings within Portola Valley and is surrounded by executive housing and premier amenities, including the Stanford Dish hiking trails, Rosewood Sand Hill, Stanford Shopping Center and Downtown Palo Alto. Additionally, the property is located just five minutes from Sand Hill Road – the global epicenter for Silicon Valley's tech-funding ecosystem, as well as Stanford University and the SLC, National Accelerator Laboratory.
Originally constructed in 1967, The Offices at Ladera are all single-story buildings that are fully leased to a premier roster of venture capital firms and Stanford Medical. The property offers parking for 108 vehicles.
