JLL appoints new Director to Industrial Capital Markets team

RALEIGH, N.C., May 1, 2023 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that Josh McArdle has been promoted to Director within JLL’s Industrial Capital Markets team in the firm’s Raleigh, N.C. office.
McArdle has been a critical part of JLL’s Industrial Capital Markets team since he joined the firm in 2021. He has played a key role in some of JLL’s most high-profile industrial transactions across the Southeast, including Garner Business Park (488,761 square feet) and Eastgate 540 (1.2M square feet) in Raleigh, N.C.; Twin-Star Distribution Center (1M square feet) and TradePark East (837,000 square feet) in Charleston S.C.; FedEx Ground Logistics Center (644,171 square feet) in Charlotte, N.C. and Lowe’s Distribution Center (1.2M square feet) in Richmond, V.A., among numerous others.

McArdle will focus on Industrial Investment Sales and Advisory and will continue to partner with Senior Managing Director and Carolina Co-Head Pete Pittroff, Director Dave Andrews, Associates Michael Scarnato and Zach Lloyd and Analyst Bryan Jakobsze. The team covers all industrial markets across North and South Carolina and parts of Virginia.
