JLL adds two brokers to Sacramento office as part of ongoing growth strategy serving industrial, logistics, and auto-dealer clientele.

JLL announced today adding two leading brokerage professionals to the company’s Sacramento regional office, Michael Luca and Dominic Smith, further building the Greater Sacramento/Northern California Industrial Super Region team and reflecting JLL’s ongoing commitment to growing industrial services to meet client needs.

Luca, joining as Senior Managing Director, will be leading the Industrial team in Sacramento and has more than two decades of experience in the market working with landlord/owners and occupiers, depending on the assignment. He moves to JLL from CBRE where he led the Automotive Properties Group representing many national and local auto dealer groups on acquisitions, dispositions and other real estate needs. A University of Nevada-Reno graduate, he was named CBRE’s 2006 “Rookie of the Year” and has since built a track record as one of the dominant industrial professionals in the Sacramento Region. He received industry recognition in 2022 in being named “Industrial Broker of the Year” by the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE).

Smith joins JLL as Senior Associate Broker, also moving from CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics group. He joined CBRE in 2020 as an analyst and rose to join the brokerage team. He is a graduate of San Diego State University.
