JLL Adds Brian Devlin to Hampton Roads Office

HAMPTON ROADS, VA., December 15, 2025 - JLL announces today the hiring of Brian Devlin to its Hampton Roads office. With more than two decades of extensive commercial real estate experience, Devlin joins the team at a time of significant growth and market opportunity. Devlin’s portfolio breadth includes both tenant and landlord representation, with a client-focused approach. As senior vice president, he will play a key role in continuing to grow the firm's presence and build on its established success in the region.

Devlin brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, specializing in office sales,  leasing and development throughout the Hampton Roads market. He joins JLL from Divaris Real Estate, where he focused on office leasing and sales. Prior to JLL, Devlin held leadership roles with Liberty Property Trust, Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners, and Commonwealth Commercial Partners, overseeing leasing and marketing for over a million square feet of Class A office and industrial space.

Devlin earned his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Old Dominion University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Devlin also served on the executive committee of the E.V. Williams Center for Real Estate and Economic Development at Old Dominion University.
