JLL acted as sole commercial advisor to Urban Partners’ (previously NREP) Nordic Strategies Fund 3 (NSF III) and Pontos Group on the sale of an ultra-prime logistics terminal with direct airside location to Helsinki Airport. The buyer is SICORE Real Assets. The 15,000 sqm asset is fully let to DHL Express, serving as their principal express delivery facility in Finland. The state-of-the-art logistics centre, which was completed in July 2025, was designed and built-to-suit for DHL Express, making it an integral part of their supply chain. The logistics centre’s automatic sorting system can handle more than 6,000 parcels per hour and 90 direct loading docks enable effective sorting of parcels directly from the sorting system to the delivery vans. Sustainability has been emphasized in every aspect of the property’s development. The building has achieved an EPC A rating and is on track to receive LEED Platinum and BREEAM In-Use Excellent certifications. On-site renewable energy is provided through geothermal heating and cooling systems complemented by rooftop PV panels. Supporting the transition to cleaner logistics operations, EV charging points are installed at every loading dock, future-proofing the facility for DHL's evolving fleet requirements.
