Donna West joins JLL as Senior Vice President of Project and Development Services

ATLANTA (October 20, 2025) — JLL today announces it has hired Donna West as Senior Vice President of Project and Development Services (PDS). Based in the firm’s Atlanta office, West brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the role, where she will manage the critical components of project planning and execution, expanding the team and strengthening JLL’s capabilities and client relationships with corporate office occupiers.

As part of her new role, West will lead new initiatives across Atlanta, overseeing projects from initial planning to completion. Prior to joining JLL, she served as Senior Project Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where she was on the leadership team and oversaw project management operations and developed strategic project plans throughout Atlanta. Over the course of her career, she has successfully led multi-million-dollar projects for corporate headquarters, law firms, medical practices and a wide range of professional service organizations.

A seasoned leader with LEED AP certification, West brings deep expertise to large complex interior projects. Most recently, West led a project for Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP’s offices at 1100 Peachtree in Midtown, Atlanta. The project was coordinated around a complex building repositioning and included an occupied renovation where several cutting-edge multiuse rooms were built on the client-facing floor. West stated that “law firms are becoming more forward-thinking in their approach to office space as younger associates enter the workforce.”
