Tilila Assoul

Tilila Assoul is an Investment Advisor at JLL BeLux, a position she has held since 2022. In this role, she provides advice to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and institutional investors,guiding them in their real estate acquisition and disposal strategies within the BeLux region.

Tilila specializes in real estate investment, offering tailored advice to clients looking to expand or optimize their portfolios in the BeLux market. Her expertise encompasses marketanalysis, due diligence, and financial modeling to ensure clients make informed investment decisions.

Prior to joining JLL, Tilila was a Senior Financial Advisor at PwC Luxembourg. During her time there, she audited the annual accounts of international real estate investment funds, gainingextensive experience in financial reporting and compliance within the real estate sector.

Tilila holds a Master of Science in International Accounting, Management Control and Auditing from Rennes School of Business in France.
