Oliver has over 21 years' experience in the prime central London residential market, focussing on the sale and acquisition of Development opportunities, while his Investment services include sourcing on- and off-market properties, including single units, blocks and portfolios.
Oliver has brokered over £1 billion of transactions, with exmaple inculding the sale of a residential block in St James's Park for £112 million, a block of 14 apartments in Westminster for £32 million (2023) and a block of 16 apartments in Kensington for £18 million (2024).
His clients include various landed estates, public and private property companies and sovereign wealth funds. He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and is a three times Caterham 7 motorsport champion.
