About
Jamie started his real estate career in 1995 after having graduated from an honours degree in Estate Management in the United Kingdom. Besides Value & Risk Advisory, he has extensive experience in Property Development, Project Management, Project Sales & Marketing, Estate Agency, Property Management, Expert Witness and Research & Consultancy.
Before joining JLL, he was the Managing Director of Appraisal Malaysia, a property services firm with more than 50 years of track record. In November 2023, JLL acquired a stake in Appraisal Malaysia with Jamie as its Managing Director. He is also a Director of Appraisal Property Management, JLL’s Integrated Facilities Management business in Malaysia.
