Lim Ee Tiong leads JLL's Project and Development Services (PDS) business in Singapore where he manages a multidisciplinary team of project, construction, cost, real estate, and design professionals. He directs the strategic vision and operational performance of JLL's PDS division, delivering comprehensive solutions for clients across commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments. During his three years as General Manager of PDS-JLL Singapore, the business has successfully completed over 100 projects totaling more than 5 million square feet.

A registered architect in both the United Kingdom and Singapore, Ee Tiong has built his distinguished career across three global cities—London, Hong Kong, and Singapore—working with leading international architecture design firms. This extensive cross-market experience enables him to deliver complex projects across several jurisdictions with cultural insight and technical excellence.
