Christopher Exler

CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Christopher has over 15 years in the lodging sector, both in
Europe and the United States, and a long track record in the equity and debt
capital markets. He is based in the London office with a focus on shaping and
executing disposal and origination strategies. Christopher specializes in
maintaining investor relationships, monitoring international capital flows,
investment advisory, and overseeing the marketing and diligence process.

EXPERIENCE

Between Europe and the US he has transacted on nearly 50
transactions or $4.0 billion of production volume spanning multiple
jurisdictions and investment strategies including The Ritz London, Wyndham
Grand Orlando Bonnet Creek, Sanderson & St Martins Lane, London, K+K
European Portfolio, Sheraton Amsterdam Airport, Radisson Hospitality Complex
Bucharest and the Ace Hotel London Shoreditch among others. Prior to joining
JLL, Christopher worked with hospitality consultant Horwath HTL in London and
Cape Town.

Mr. Exler graduated with Honors from Hotelschool The Hague,
with a Bachelor in Business Administration Hospitality Management and has
obtained a professional certification from the London School of Economics. He
is a Fellow at the British-American Project.
