Before stepping into his current role as Leader of JLL Thailand Project & Development division, Stephen has been instrumental in leading businesses to growth, delivering program, project, and cost management services and winning work. His key functions encompass client account management, project delivery, Health, Safety and Wellness oversight, and sustainability efforts.In his current capacity, his responsibilities stretch across the entire project development process, from proposals to design development, tender negotiations, construction, and handover. He leads teams of project managers, architects, engineers, and interior designers, managing design, construction, and relocation services on a variety of projects, thus serving an elite client base.
