Naomi Patadungan is Head of Property and Asset Management at JLL Indonesia, bringing 30 years of expertise to drive exceptional outcomes for our clients. Under her strategic leadership, JLL team manages an impressive portfolio of more than 130 properties across diverse sectors—including office, residential, retail, educational, and financial—encompassing over 10 million square meters throughout key Indonesian markets including Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Batam, and Makassar.

Naomi's leadership extends beyond portfolio scale to operational excellence. She spearheads the development of industry-leading Standard Operating Procedures for Property Management, while continuously enhancing our service delivery frameworks through refined review templates and policies. Her strategic oversight includes optimizing building rates, managing tenancy schedules and rent reviews, and ensuring our Property Managers consistently deliver best-in-class building services.
