Lauren is Head of UK Residential Valuation at JLL, a position she assumed in April 2026. In this role, she leads the UK residential valuation business while continuing to work in the Prime Central London space. Lauren’s focus is on growing JLL's leading position in UK residential valuation by integrating technology and capturing data to enhance the outputs and advice to clients.
Featured work
Over a two-decade career working in residential valuation, Lauren has advised on many of London's residential trophy assets for both private individuals and lenders. Alongside a range of portfolio and development valuations predominantly for secured lending. In addition, Lauren has been working on a large-scale project, providing strategic valuation advice to the DIO and MOD.
