Kezie Chinje

Kezie is a dedicated commercial real estate professional specialising in the office sector. With a proven track record of executing successful leasing transactions for global corporates, she prioritizes client relationships and leverages technology to achieve impactful results aligned with client objectives.

Kezie completed her BSc (Hons) Property Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2019. After qualifying, her real estate career began at one of South Africa’s leading commercial real estate brokerages where she facilitated PropTech integration and advanced to an analyst position within their Capital Markets division.

Kezie joined JLL Sub-Saharan Africa’s tenant representation department in 2022. Since joining, Kezie has successfully led and executed diverse leasing transactions for global corporates operating across various industries within the South African market. Her approach is focused on providing tailored solutions and building strong client relationships.

Additionally, Kezie drives the adoption of JLL technology products within the department and effectively leverages these tools in daily transactions.
