Gwenola Donet

Gwenola leads the valuation team for investors in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and across Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal). She is also President of JLL Expertises in France and a member of the Board of JLL France.

Specialized in hotel consulting, Gwenola joined JLL in 2006 as a consultant. In 2012, she was appointed Head of JLL Hotel & Hospitality for France and developed the Strategic advisory & Operator selection division in Europe (leasing and HMA).

In 2022, Gwenola was promoted to the position of President of JLL Expertises. In 2025, she expanded her responsibilities beyond France, to Belgium, Luxembourg and across Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal).

Gwenola has extensive experience in all types of assignments (valuation, buyside, best-use, etc.) for all client profiles (institutional, banking, PE, family office, HWNI, etc.) and particularly on large portfolios (including cross-border) or specific assets. Her experiences give her a holistic appreciation of real estate across all asset classes, with a specific focus on operational real estate (hotels, student housing, healthcare, senior living, etc.), and the ongoing transformations of commercial real estate.
