Charmaine joined JLL's Value and Risk Advisory team in August 2024 after graduating from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property. Prior to joining JLL, Charmaine gained experience in Auckland's commercial sales and leasing market, working full-time at another major global commercial property firm while completing her studies.
As an Assistant Valuer specialising in the retail sector, Charmaine collaborates with Registered Valuers to provide valuation reports for clients. Her experience includes market valuations for financial reporting, first mortgage security, and acquisition purposes. Additionally, she assists in providing insurance and market rental valuations, as well as consultancy advice. Charmaine is currently working towards her Valuation Registration and has a particular interest in the retail sector, having contributed to a range of transactions within this sector.
