Equal rights are paramount, not just in dialog but in action. Women bring a different perspective on everything, very much including business. Inclusion matters for me as a female professional, but also for my daughter and the generations to come.

I try to be a role model for young women and to share my story of being a business leader, a woman, a mother. It’s important for me to help other women grow and thrive in the workplace and for them to see that balancing it all is possible.
