My female inspiration/role model is Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. She has not only exceled in her profession as a lawyer and a judge, but she has spent a considerable part of her career as an advocate for the advancement of gender equality and women's rights. She has helped pave the way for women in all professions to determine their own balance of work, philosophy, life, and family.

Inclusion matters to me because every person is a unique individual who can contribute value to society. A rich community, or organization, is one that is made up of representatives from all walks of life, with different ideas, aspirations, desires, and skills. To exclude a person based on a particular characteristic is not only unfair and unjust; it is also limiting and short-sighted. The most valuable and respected organizations are those that reflect society and draw on all the rich diversity that society offers.
