Siddharth (Bobby) Mehta was named a Director of JLL in 2019 and Chairman of the Board in June 2020.
Bobby was President and CEO of Transunion, a global provider of credit and information management services, from 2007 through 2012. Prior to that, he held various roles at multinational banking and financial services company HSBC, including CEO of HSBC North America holdings and CEO of HSBC Finance Corporation.
He serves on the boards of the Allstate Corporation, Northern Trust, TransUnion, Entrust Datacard Corporation and Amount. He is also a member of the non-profit boards of the Field Museum and the Chicago Public Education Fund.
Bobby holds a degree in economics from the London School of Economics and a master’s in business administration from the University of Chicago.

Organisational Resources Rio Tinto Plc
Former Group Executive
Hugo Bagué has been a Director of JLL since 2011.
Hugo was Group Executive for Rio Tinto Organisational Resources from 2007 to 2017, taking overall responsibility for everything from external affairs to information systems and technology. Rio Tinto Plc is an international mining and metals group headquartered in the U.K.
He previously worked at Hewlett Packard Corporation as global vice president of Human Resources for the Technology Solutions Group. He also worked for Compaq Computer, Nortel Networks and Abbott Laboratories.
Hugo earned a degree in linguistics and post-graduate qualifications in human resources and marketing from the University of Ghent, Belgium.

Chief Executive Officer
Matthew Carter was appointed a Director of JLL in November 2018 and currently serves as the Chair of JLL’s Nominating, Governance & Sustainability Committee.
Matthew is CEO of Intrado, a global leader in emergency communications services. With over 25 years of senior leadership experience in enterprise networking, cloud and digital technologies, he previously served as CEO of Aryaka Networks, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based, venture-backed SaaS network and security platform company, supporting global enterprises in accelerating their digital transformation to the cloud.
Prior to Aryaka, Matthew was President and CEO of Inteliquent, Inc., a publicly traded company where he successfully led the organization’s turnaround, positioning it as a key player in emerging sectors. Earlier in his career, he held several leadership roles at Sprint Corporation, including President of Sprint's Enterprise Solutions division, a $14 billion global communications technology business unit.
He serves on the boards of NRG Energy, Inc and USG Corporation and previously served on the boards of Inteliquent, Inc. and Apollo Education Group, Inc.
Matthew holds a master’s in general management from Harvard Business School and a degree from Northwestern University.

Susan Gore

Retired Managing Partner
Susan Gore was named a Director of JLL in 2024.
Susan held various leadership roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) during her 33-year tenure with the firm. Most recently, she was the Managing Partner of PwC’s Global Technology and Information Security organization. Prior to that, she served as PwC’s Global Assurance Chief Operations Officer and as the U.S. Assurance Transformation Leader. Susan was also an assurance partner, providing professional accounting services to clients ranging from high-growth startups to large multinationals.
From 2001 to 2006, Susan was the Chief Financial Officer of a late-stage venture backed software company and a Portfolio Advisor for a Silicon Valley venture capital firm.
Susan has considerable experience advising boards of directors and board committees, providing valuable insights and guidance on audit effectiveness and efficiencies.
Susan holds a degree in business administration degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Founding, Managing and General Partner
Tina Ju was named a Director of JLL in May 2021.
Tina has more than 30 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking and operations. She co-founded VTDF China in 2000 and KPCB China in 2007. Earlier in her career, Tina spent 10 years in investment banking, including Deutsche Bank as head of TMT and Transport Asia, Merrill Lynch as head of Asia Technology and the Corporate Finance Team as well as Goldman Sachs.
Currently, Tina serves on the boards of various private companies and the public fintech company, Yiren Digital Ltd., which provides Chinese consumers with both credit and wealth management solutions. She is also a member of the Global Leadership Council for Oxford Saïd Business School.
Tina earned a degree in industrial engineering and operations research from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Deborah H. McAneny
Structured and Alternative Investments John Hancock Financial Services, Inc.
Former Executive Vice President
Deborah (Debbie) McAneny was named a Director in 2019.
Debbie held various roles at John Hancock Financial Services over 20 years, including most recently as Executive Vice President for Structured and Alternative Investments.
Following that, she was Chief Operating Officer of Benchmark Assisted Living, LLC from 2006 to 2009.
Debbie served on the board of directors of HFF, the leading capital markets advisor recently acquired by JLL, and currently holds board seats at KKR Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc., THL Credit Advisors LLC, RREEF Property Trust, Inc. and RREEF America REIT II.
Debbie holds a BSc. in business management from the University of Vermont and a master’s Professional Director Certification from the American College of Corporate Directors.
Resolution Life
President
Moses Ojeisekhoba was named a Director to JLL in December 2022.
Moses is President of Resolution Life, a global life insurance group with a focus on the acquisition and management of portfolios of life insurance policies. In this role, Moses is responsible for the commercial, market-facing division of Resolution Life. Moses has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Resolution Life in October 2024, Moses served as Chief Executive Officer of Global Clients and Solutions for Swiss Re and previously was responsible for Swiss Re’s Reinsurance Business Unit, covering both property and casualty, as well as life and health. He oversaw Swiss Re’s business across Asia Pacific as Regional President before that and was a member of its Group Executive Committee for over 12 years. Moses also previously worked for Chubb Insurance Company and Prudential Insurance Company in various capacities.
He is a frequent speaker on the topics of leadership, risk knowledge, cyber security and geopolitical trends.
Moses holds a degree in statistics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a master’s in Management from London Business School.

Former Global Chief Information Officer
Larry Quinlan was named a Director of JLL in May 2022 and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee in December 2023.
As Global Chief Information Officer for Deloitte, Larry had responsibility for the company’s technology strategy and operations and oversaw more than 10,000 information technology professionals in 175 countries. In his more than 33 years at Deloitte, Larry led major client relationships and advised company boards and CEOs on a wide range of IT, cybersecurity and digital strategic priorities.
Currently, Larry serves on the board of ServiceNow. He also is a member of the non-profit boards of KIPP Charter Schools Miami and Easterseals South Florida and co-founded TechPACT. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of leadership, information technology transformation and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Larry has a degree in industrial management from the University of the West Indies, a master’s of Business Administration from Baruch College and received an honorary doctor of laws degree from the University of the West Indies.
