He covers investment grade commercial, industrial and mixed-use properties, specialising in large scale Sydney CBD and metropolitan commercial office, industrial and business park assets. Throughout out his career with major valuation firms, Tim has been involved in valuing many of the largest commercial assets and development sites in Sydney.
