As Director in JLL’s NSW Capital Markets division, Harry specialises in development site transactions across NSW. He works with land owners, developers and capital partners throughout all facets of the transaction process.
Experience
Harry Sullivan has established himself as a development site transaction specialist with 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He focuses on residential and living sector development transactions, particularly in the high-density residential, land subdivision, BTR and PBSA sectors, across all NSW markets. Harry’s experience in assessing development controls, underwriting projects, financial modelling, due diligence and deal structuring has provided him with the ability to successfully transact over $1b AUD worth of development opportunities.
