Dale Winfield

As an Executive Director and Head of Value and Risk Advisory Australia and New Zealand, Dale manages a team of 300 valuers across both countries with revenue in excess of $100m per annum. Dale is a member of the firm’s Australasian Executive Committee (AEC) and is based in Sydney. He also sits on the Global Value and Risk Advisory Executive Board. Dale is the lead valuer for retail valuations across Asia Pacific for JLL.

Dale comes equipped with approximately 25 years of valuation experience. He gained a wide range of experience in both private and public sectors across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Dale joined JLL in 2010, taking up the leadership role for the New Zealand team in 2018 and stepping into the Australasian leadership position in 2023. He is well recognised in the areas he has worked, often being appointed to key projects and developments.

In 2017 Dale was recognised for his successes and contributions to New Zealand’s property industry after he was awarded RICS ‘Property Professional of the Year’. Valuation teams under Dale’s leadership have also won RICS ‘Valuation Team of the Year’ and PINZ ‘Large Valuation Team of the Year’.
