JLL deliver innovative and sustainable Victorian Government school projects

JLL is project managing multiple school projects for the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), including three bundled projects across 24 school sites and four standalone projects.
These initiatives encompass both construction of new schools on greenfield sites and comprehensive upgrades to existing facilities, creating new permanent student spaces, with a strong emphasis on adaptability, technology integration, and environmental sustainability.
"These projects extend beyond traditional school construction," said Carey Mudge, JLL Victorian State Manager – Project & Development Services (PDS). "We're helping deliver dynamic spaces that will evolve with educational needs, environmental imperatives and future opportunities.”
The projects also demonstrate a collective commitment to sustainability, with solar panels integrated into designs where possible. "Solar panels are transforming how schools manage their energy needs, allocate resources, and incorporate environmental responsibility as a learning opportunity,” said Mr Mudge.
JLL is working on a range of projects to deliver end-to-end project management and Superintendency services. This can include coordination of design, stakeholder management, contractor procurement and overseeing the building program, working closely with authorities, surrounding developers and community stakeholders ensuring the highest standards and quality of services.
