Dr Georgia Warren-Myers joins JLL Value and Risk Advisory

AUSTRALIA, 14 September 2023 – Australian academic and leading ESG expert, Dr Georgia Warren-Myers has joined JLL as Head of ESG Value and Risk Advisory for Asia Pacific.
JLL’s Head of Value and Risk Advisory – Australia and New Zealand, Dale Winfield said Melbourne-based Dr Warren-Myers brings a wealth of sustainability and real estate expertise to JLL’s Asia Pacific business.
“As an Associate Professor in Property at The University of Melbourne, Georgia’s research has focused on a wide variety of commercial real estate and housing, with a particular emphasis on climate change, risk assessment, sustainability, and housing affordability.”
“Georgia’s background in valuation, asset management, investment, planning, urban development, and sustainable construction adds a unique perspective to the JLL team,” Mr Winfield said.
JLL’s Global Head of Risk Advisory, Tyrone Hodge said the addition of Georgia will continue to expand the JLL risk analytics capability in Australia and Asia Pacific.
“Working closely with clients she will deliver strategies to upgrade and reposition assets to meet ESG targets and provide perspective on the value and risk implications. Georgia’s incredible expertise and passion for the property industry are valuable assets that will greatly benefit our clients and further strengthen our team's capabilities,” he said.
