Technology company invests in IWMS implementation to support a dynamic workplace

A global technology company was facing significant challenges with their Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) implementation. After 18 months, they were not making the progress they desired toward their aggressive goals for business transformation.

The teams worked collaboratively to implement a sophisticated strategic space planning tool, stood up and began servicing a help desk, operating infrastructure, providing ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and release management. JLL also implemented a data quality management program to ensure data timeliness, relevance, and accessibility to the business. Most importantly, JLL was able to scale services to match the company’s rapid growth.
