JLL was appointed as project managers for the masterplanning of the iconic 52-storey building at 101 collins street melbourne to reposition the asset as a premium offering within the commercial sector.
The project required coordination with building asset managers and designers to determine scope, time and cost for building upgrades which included lobby works, façade upgrades, atrium works to enhance the user experience whilst maintaining the 101 brand identity. It also involved structural modifications and redesign to suit new business requirements.
JLL engagement and responsibilities included:
