Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
Definitely my mother is my role model. Watching my mum working for over 45 years, starting from secretary to general manager, I am constantly inspired by her never-say-die spirit.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
This is the only way you can grow your business. Without a“true” inclusive mindset, you would exclude talent who are different from you and your inner group that you can only hear the same old things again and again.
