Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
Wendy Chan. She leads our China Diversity and Inclusion Group, as well many other JLL initiatives like OneJLL, PropTech, and is an absolute ball of energy and creativity. Wendy leads with passion and inspires whoever she connects with. She helps me to see things from different perspectives and her can-do attitude inspires me to grow.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
We spend so much of our time at work and I want everyone to feel like they belong, are valued for their differences and are given the same opportunities as others.
