- Wendy Chan, GBA Growth Director of Greater China Value and Risk Advisory
- With 20+ years of experience in valuation and advisory services, Wendy has significantly contributed to JLL's growth in Greater China, serving over 200 enterprises and funds. Her expertise includes property and business valuation, and strategic consultation for M&A and transactions. Wendy’s commitment to innovation led to the integration of Geographic Information System and big data analysis into the business, transforming the decision-making process for clients.
- She initiated the launch of Hong Kong and GBA mainland cities Senior living paper which has led to multiple client engagements and taken a key role in steering the discussion on how this sector can develop in Hong Kong and the GBA. Recently, she also led the white paper and discussions on Transforming Real Estate for the Electric Vehicle Era.
- Wendy served as Chairperson of JLL Greater China's DEI Committee from 2018 to 2023. Representing the firm, Wendy was selected as one of the mentors for the Women’s Foundation’s 2016-17 Mentoring Programme and advisory council member for The Women's Foundation.
- Wendy holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Law, and is recognized as a certified member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
