Haesun Kim leads Project & Development Services (PDS) for JLL Korea, bringing integrated leadership across Project Management (PM), Design & Build (D&B), and Quantity Surveying (QS), together with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in architectural practice, design, and project delivery. Her expertise spans complex commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments across domestic and international markets.

Throughout her career, Haesun has managed large-scale projects including high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, corporate headquarters, and hospitality properties. Her portfolio demonstrates proficiency in delivering projects that meet global standards while addressing specific client requirements and market conditions. Her multidisciplinary background encompasses architecture, interior design, and furniture design, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle from concept through completion.

Prior to joining JLL in 2018, Haesun spent over 11 years at Gensler, where she served as senior designer and project manager on numerous award-winning projects. Her experience includes both large-scale developments and specialized installations, enabling her to adapt her approach to projects of varying scale and complexity. She has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor teaching design studios at Hongik University.

Since joining JLL, Haesun has advanced through progressive leadership roles, serving initially as project manager before being promoted to Head of Operations for PDS Korea in 2020. Her responsibilities expanded in 2022 to include operational oversight for Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, and she currently serves as Head of PDS Korea, leading an integrated organization across Project Management, Design & Build, and Quantity Surveying.

Haesun holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Hongik University in Seoul, Korea, and earned a Master's degree with distinction in Architecture from the University of Michigan. Her educational foundation across Korean and American institutions, combined with her international project experience, enables her to navigate complex cross-cultural project requirements and deliver solutions that align with global best practices.
