Thijs Ploumen joined JLL as an investment consultant back in 2015 and is since then a member of the Dutch Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets team. The team specialises in
advising investors, corporates and developers with the disposal and acquisition of Logistic and industrial investments in The Netherlands. Typical transactions include sale and leasebacks, speculative developments and portfolio sales.
Experience
Thijs has a 10-year track record in the Dutch logistic & industrial market. He has undertaken many significant projects across the Netherlands and assisted in several Pan-European portfolios.
Education
Thijs has a master degree in Real Estate of the Technical University of Eindhoven.
