Richard Howgego joins JLL as Director in the Office Investment team, advising clients on major office transactions across the EMEA region. He brings over 25 years of real estate experience, most recently serving as Director of Pan-European Acquisitions at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG). Throughout his career, Richard has executed more than €18 billion in deals across 19 countries, demonstrating deep expertise in cross-border investment and acquisition strategies. In his role at JLL, he strengthens the firm's office investment capabilities and enhances its ability to deliver sophisticated solutions to clients navigating complex office markets throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
