She specializes in structured finance solutions, risk management advisory, and capital raising for institutional clients. Her expertise encompasses identifying opportunities, structuring financing solutions, and sourcing funding for property investments and developments throughout APAC.
Her distinguished career includes positions at prominent financial institutions. At SMBC, she focused on non-recourse real estate lending across Southeast Asia, Korea, and India. At BB Capital Partners, she provided advisory services for private debt transactions in APAC. Previously at Morgan Stanley London, she managed commercial real estate and NPL financings. Her foundation was built at Moody's Investors Service analyzing structured finance transactions and at Dynamic Credit Partners researching securitization markets.
