Dr Georgia Warren-Myers

Dr. Georgia Warren-Myers leads JLL's sustainability and climate risk strategy across the Asia Pacific region, bringing over two decades of specialised expertise in the critical intersection of environmental sustainability, climate change risks, and property valuation. Her unique perspective combines deep technical knowledge with practical industry application, helping clients navigate the evolving landscape where sustainability directly impacts asset performance and value.

As a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and Certified Practising Valuer, Georgia serves on the Institute's Board and contributes to the International Valuation Standards ESG working group, actively shaping industry standards for sustainability integration in property assessment. Her academic foundation and extensive industry experience span property development, valuation, sustainability consultancy, research, and strategic advisory roles.

Georgia's specialised focus centres on quantifying and mitigating emissions and climate-related risks to real estate portfolios through value and risk considerations. She works with institutional investors, property owners, and occupiers to identify value and risk vulnerability, develop resilience and value-add strategies, and optimise asset and portfolio performance in an increasingly climate-conscious market. Her approach translates complex environmental data into actionable insights that protect and enhance property values while advancing sustainability objectives
