JLL appointed sole leasing agent of premium QC BPO hub

The Philippines continues to be the business outsourcing capital of the world, and the industry is still a driving force of most major commercial verticals.

PPC One Estate, the commercial properties arm of the PPC group, is fully poised to take the BPO industry in the northern part of Metro Manila to greater heights with The Upper Class, a Grade A office tower that offers premium office space situated in densely-populated Quezon City.

Located in the corner of major thoroughfares Quezon Avenue and Scout Reyes in Diliman, Quezon City, The Upper Class is a 26-storey Grade A tower which will be ready for turnover by the first quarter of 2019. It has a gross leasable area of 24,006 square meters with each floor having an area of 1,168.48 square meters.
