JLL Names Pei Wang to Asia Pacific Equity Advisory team

Singapore - 5 March, 2024 - To further meet the sophisticated requirements of clients, JLL has announced the appointment of Pei Wang to the regional Equity Advisory team. Based in Hong Kong, she will work with the wider regional and global equity advisory team providing advisory across fundraising, equity placement and M&A.

Her appointment is consistent with JLL’s global commitment to expanding its investment banking expertise, empowering clients with a broader understanding of local property trends, regulations and markets.

Pei brings extensive investment banking experience to JLL. She spent 11 years at Morgan Stanley, most recently serving as Executive Director within the Asia Real Estate Investment Banking Team. In this role, she was responsible for originating and executing capital market and M&A transactions, delivering strategic and corporate finance advisory to a diverse range of Asia Pacific industrial, commercial and residential real estate, property management, and technology firms. Prior to joining the Asia Real Estate Team in 2018, Pei was leading the Morgan Stanley Asia Credit Analytics team covering the Greater China high yield credit.

Pei holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong on a full scholarship. Pei holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
