Singapore, 16 April 2026 – JLL (NYSE: JLL), has been appointed as the exclusive marketing agent for 26 units in Residences at Emerald Hill, a freehold residential development within the Emerald Hill enclave in District 9, valued in the region of $180 million. The guide price of the units is from $4.7 million to $13.4 million, translating to approximately $1,900 psf to $3,000 psf, catering to a range of lifestyle and investment preferences.
