Great Place To Work® research highlights that organizations grounded in fairness, respect, and strong team relationships are better positioned to drive sustainable business success.
In line with this commitment, JLL Indonesia has earned the Great Place To Work® Certification, a globally recognized achievement based on an independent survey that measures employees' workplace experiences and organizational culture. The survey findings underscore employees' positive perceptions of JLL Indonesia's workplace culture, with 80% of employees recognizing the company as a great place to work—59 percentage points higher than the average benchmark across other organizations.
Country Head of JLL Indonesia, Farazia Basarah said that earning the Great Place To Work® Certification marks an important milestone for the company. "This recognition reflects JLL Indonesia's commitment to not only driving business growth, but also fostering a workplace culture that puts our people first."

The survey also highlighted several other positive indicators. Ninety-four percent (94%) of employees said JLL Indonesia provides a physically safe workplace, while 84% said they are proud to tell others they work for the company.

According to Great Place To Work® research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find great leadership at organizations that have earned Great Place To Work® Certification. Employees at certified organizations are also more likely to look forward to coming to work each day. These findings further reinforce JLL Indonesia's commitment to fostering a collaborative, innovative, and people-centric workplace culture.
