JLL Achieving Ambitions through D&I

On 3-7 Sept, every year, JLL - Vietnam's leading advisor in the realm of real estate, host the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Week to show the world that we strive to provide a conducive working environment where all feel welcome, valued and appreciated. We firmly believe that we can only grow as an entity through embracing and learning from different experiences, no matter the gender, race, geography or generation.

Stephen Wyatt, Country Head of JLL Vietnam says: "Diversity and Inclusion has become a crucial part of our value system, something that aids us tremendously in our quest to achieve ambitions. This month, we dedicated an entire week to celebrate D&I and remind ourselves of why we hold this value so dear."

On-event activities ranged from heart-warming coffee-talk on inclusion to office yoga sessions, concluded by a fun team-building outing on the paintball shooting range. But D&I isn't just a week in our year, it is a part of us. We wrapped up the celebration with a renewed commitment towards maintaining a culture of equal opportunity and creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace for the LGBT+.

JLL's professional way of conducting business has recently earned for them the title as the World's Most Ethical Company for the 11th Consecutive Year. The recognition comes from the Ethisphere Institute, the global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices that fuel corporate character, marketplace trust and business success.
