HM Tower brings together industry experts for world-class office spaces in Cebu

When Premiere Diamond Developers ventured into real estate, they were armed with their Cebu industry know-how and expertise of the market. Harold Go is the man behind Harold's Hotel, one of Cebu's most well-known business hotel and together with his son Kendrick who now leads the day-to-day operations of their real estate firm, they knew they wanted to work with the best.

HM Tower is a 16-storey high-rise building fully-equipped to accommodate business process outsourcing companies and other corporate offices right inside Cebu IT Park.

Harold says, "I'm a big believer in being surrounded by smart people. You absorb the knowledge and experiences of those around you. We want HM Tower to benefit from those who have been there and done that."

That is why in getting the right teams to build their vision in HM Tower, they went with two of the most well-known firms in the industry: Jose Siao Ling and Associates for the architectural design, and Monocrete Construction Philippines.  Kendrick stresses, "As an Architect myself, I know that there is a need to balance technical know-how and understanding the people you work with and clients you serve. I believe both Jose Siao Ling and Monocrete are perfect examples of that balance. Both firms have long established themselves as prime movers in the industry, and we want HM Tower to have the advantage of being created by only the best team possible."

This is also why they teamed up with real estate professional services and investment management firm JLL to be their sole leasing agent. "JLL's track record speaks for itself. They have a global name and the local expertise to deliver what HM Tower needs. We're excited to be working with them too," says Kendrick.

JLL Head of Landlord Representation Antonio Sabarre shares the same sentiment. "We see the Future of Work here in the Philippines as growing more outside of Metro Manila, and HM Tower is proof of that. This is our big invite to global companies to come and do business here in Cebu."
