The Southern RBL market absorbed 2,029 units in Q1 2026, driven primarily by Vinhomes Green Paradise in Can Gio. Total supply reached 77,103 units with a sales rate of 95.4%. New supply of 852 units was launched in Greater HCMC, particularly in Dong Nai and Binh Duong provinces. Average primary prices declined to USD 4,442 per sqm land (-33.4% y-o-y), largely due to competitive pricing at large-scale new projects.
