HCMC's office market demonstrated resilience in Q1 2026, with net absorption of approximately 12,600 sqm despite no new completions during the quarter. The overall vacancy rate improved to 13.3%, down from 14.0% in Q4 2025. Gross asking rents remained stable, with CBD Grade A averaging USD 64.7 per sqm per month, up 1.1% y-o-y, while Grade B maintained at USD 33.6 per sqm per month. Total supply stands at 1,861,002 sqm NLA across Grade A and B segments.
