Hanoi's retail market recorded significant net absorption of 26,700 sqm in Q1 2026, driven by the opening of Hanoi Centre, which added 42,000 sqm NLA. Total supply reached 678,000 sqm NLA with an overall vacancy rate of 8.0%. City Centre ground floor asking rents decreased to USD 132.5 per sqm per month (-1.4% q-o-q) due to competitive pricing at the new project, while City Fringe maintained stability at USD 54.9 per sqm per month.
