Vietnam led Asia-Pacific tourism growth in 2025, attracting 21.2 million international visitors (+20.4% y-o-y) amid favorable visa policies. Hanoi welcomed 7.8 million international and 25.9 million domestic arrivals, lifting tourism revenue 21.7% to USD 5.3 billion.
The city’s hotel sector added 333 new upscale rooms, while RevPAR rose 26.1% q-o-q and ADR increased 17.1% q-o-q, rebounding to pre-pandemic levels. Five new upper-upscale and luxury hotels are slated for 2026, supported by strong investor confidence and rising MICE demand.
